UCPH Quantum Hub Annual Meeting

Quantum Hub

Mark your calendar on Tuesday 31 Jan. 2023, when UCPH Quantum Hub is hosting the first Quantum Hub Annual Meeting.

In September, the UCPH Quantum Hub was launched to provide a framework for cross-departmental and cross-faculty collaboration as well as a window for students to see the full range of quantum research and education across the university. We hope everyone from bachelor students to professors who are working with quantum or interested in hearing more about quantum will come to join us and be part of the UCPH Quantum Hub. Come join the talks - and bring your own research to the poster session.

Program

  • Quantum software, challenges and capabilities: Laura Mancinska, Associate Professor, Department of Mathematical Sciences, UCPH.
  • Key social science questions about quantum: Rebecca Adler-Nissen, Professor, Ph.D., Department of Political Science, UCPH.

  • Quantum simulation with atom arrays and light crystals: Jean-Baptiste Sylvain Beguin, Assistant professor in Quantop, NBI, UCPH.

  • Quantum coherence, entanglement and molecules: Stergios Piligkos, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry, UCPH.

  • Poster session: Present your research.

Please share this event with your group members and to any quantum-interested people at UCPH in your network.

Looking forward to seeing you!

The organization committee, Matthias Christandl, Isa Seiling Reichel-Christensen, Jan Philip Solovej, Gemma Solomon, on behalf of the UCPH Quantum Hub steering committee.
